When their instructor enables it, students or authorized guardians can cancel an individual lesson and see the credit outcome before confirming. Notice, makeup-eligible cancellation allowances and credit windows are configurable. Makeup bookings require a valid credit and a server-checked eligible opening, including suitable horse capacity. Staff assigns the horse; a makeup is not a promise of a particular horse or an automatic refund.
Yes. Owners and managers can select a saved form, review recipients by role or individual, send it for signature and track pending or signed records. Web HQ includes a template library with a Horse Lease Agreement or a blank custom form. Agreements with barn-filled terms and signatures use Send a single form on web HQ instead of group sending; the recipient completes their own part afterward. Existing custom forms and chosen defaults stay under the barn's control. A signed price-change letter does not itself update billing rates. Templates are starting points, not legal advice.
Web HQ lets managers review draft schedules before publishing, post open shifts and review time-off requests. Staff can request or claim available shifts under the barn's approval rules. Timesheets & Payroll supports reviewing, locking and exporting pay periods. Pay details require owner access or enabled manager billing access. Exports prepare payroll records; BarnOps does not pay employees or file payroll taxes through this workflow.
Ask BarnOps provides automated product guidance. Live Support includes Patch, an automated how-to helper, and team follow-up for issues needing human review. Ask with your platform, screen and what you tried so the answer can give the correct steps. Patch cannot change records, handle payments or inspect private barn data. Human review can pause automation; repeated messages do not reset that pause. Open Live Support on web or mobile, or submit a Support ticket. Response times are not guaranteed. Shared demo accounts cannot have private support conversations; email support@barnops.com instead. If setup blocks access on an older phone app, use web HQ or that support email; never send passwords.
Yes. In web HQ, download the current horse CSV template, review the imported rows and turn off the option to email owner invitations now. Send invitations later from the horses workspace. The breed catalog includes common crosses, Grade/Unregistered, Warmblood, Mule and Donkey. Review invitation results separately from the horse import; saving a horse does not guarantee an email was delivered.
